1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and v44bet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the website located at v44bet.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through it (collectively, the "Service").
1.2 By accessing, browsing, registering on or otherwise using the Service in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and, if applicable, close your account.
1.4 Legal Notice for Pakistani Users: Online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable federal and provincial legislation. v44bet does not claim to be licensed, authorised, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority ("PTA"), the State Bank of Pakistan ("SBP"), any provincial gaming authority or any Pakistani financial institution. In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age — or the higher minimum age required by your jurisdiction or the operator's licensing conditions, whichever is greater — to register an Account or use the Service in any capacity. By registering, you warrant and represent that you satisfy this age requirement.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your country or territory of residence. v44bet makes no representation that the Service is legal or available in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which it is prohibited may constitute a breach of local law.
3.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under any legal disability or prohibition that prevents you from entering such contracts, you may not use the Service.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names or using different payment instruments — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
3.5 Self-Excluded Users. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from v44bet or any other gambling platform, you must not attempt to register a new Account. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering under a different identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.1 To access real-money features of the Service, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number.
4.2 You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate and not misleading. Providing false or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of Balance.
4.3 KYC Verification. v44bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:
4.4 Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete to the Platform's satisfaction. v44bet may impose deposit limits or suspend Account functionality pending verification.
4.5 v44bet reserves the right to decline registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes.
5.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. All Wagers placed and transactions initiated using your credentials are your responsibility, whether or not you authorised them, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to support in accordance with Clause 5.3.
5.3 If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify v44bet immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. The Platform will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending investigation.
5.4 v44bet will never request your password via email or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from v44bet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
6.1 Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using payment accounts belonging to family members or friends — are not permitted.
6.2 The payment methods available through the Platform's live cashier may change from time to time at the Platform's discretion. The presence of a payment method's name in these Terms or elsewhere on the Platform does not guarantee that it is currently available. Users should verify available options in the cashier at the time of transaction.
6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Platform and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
6.4 v44bet processes transactions in PKR where supported. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of the transaction and are not subject to retroactive adjustment.
6.5 Deposits that fail to credit your Account within a reasonable time should be reported to support with proof of transaction (e.g., bank receipt or wallet transaction reference). v44bet will investigate but is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
6.6 v44bet does not accept deposits intended for any purpose other than lawful wagering on the Platform. Deposits suspected to constitute money laundering or to have been made with misappropriated funds will be frozen, reported to relevant authorities and the Account suspended.
7.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as set out in Clause 4. Unverified Accounts may have withdrawals blocked until verification is complete.
7.2 Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the method's availability for payouts. The Platform reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where necessary.
7.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period. These are displayed in the cashier.
7.4 Withdrawal processing times vary by method, verification status and the Platform's internal compliance review. v44bet does not guarantee specific processing windows. Delays may occur due to third-party payment provider processing, bank compliance checks, public holidays or ongoing KYC review.
7.5 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only net winnings derived from meeting the applicable Wagering Requirement on Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal, subject to any Maximum Cash-out restriction stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
7.6 v44bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.
8.1 All Wagers are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the event or game in question, as displayed on the Platform at the time of wagering. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific market rules, the specific market rules prevail in relation to that market.
8.2 Bet Acceptance. A Wager is not confirmed until the Platform issues an explicit confirmation, typically in the form of a bet reference number. In cases of technical error, system failure or manifest error in displayed odds, the Platform reserves the right to void any affected Wager and refund the stake, regardless of outcome.
8.3 Manifest Error. Where odds, lines or payouts are displayed due to a manifest error (e.g., a pricing error materially different from the true market price), any Wager placed on such erroneous odds is void. The Platform will refund the stake within a reasonable timeframe.
8.4 Live / In-Play Betting. Live betting markets may be suspended, modified or removed at any time without notice, including mid-event. The Platform is not liable for any inability to place or amend a live bet during a market suspension.
8.5 Cricket & Sports Markets. Settlement of cricket markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. References to PCB, PSL, ICC or any team are for contextual identification only and do not imply official partnership, endorsement or affiliation with v44bet.
8.6 Void Bets. A Wager is void if the event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond the operator's applicable settlement window, or if the market is determined to have been affected by an integrity issue. Void Wagers result in a full stake refund.
8.7 Maximum Payout. Maximum single-event and daily payout limits apply and are set by the Platform. Winnings in excess of applicable limits will be paid up to the stated maximum; excess amounts are forfeited.
9.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions as stated at the time of each offer. These promotional terms are supplementary to and form part of these Terms.
9.2 Wagering Requirement. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated as a multiple of the Bonus Funds credited (e.g., a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× requirement necessitates PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers — illustrative example only; refer to each promotion's specific terms).
9.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus. While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum bet per round or event applies as stated in the promotion terms. Wagers exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
9.4 Game Contribution. Not all game categories contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are stated in individual promotion terms. Sports bets and casino games may have materially different contribution rates.
9.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited without compensation.
9.6 Bonus Abuse. The Platform operates automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting designed to exploit promotional offers, the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, and coordinated wagering patterns intended to circumvent wagering requirements. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided and the Account suspended.
9.7 Maximum Cash-out. Certain promotions apply a maximum cash-out limit on bonus-derived winnings. This limit is stated in the promotion's terms and supersedes any amount actually won from bonus play.
10.1 v44bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, access to which is described in the Account settings and the Responsible Gambling section of the Platform:
10.2 Adults Only. The Platform is strictly available to adults aged 18 or over (or the higher minimum required by the operator or license jurisdiction). The Platform implements age verification measures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by an underage individual will be permanently closed and all funds returned to the verified account holder or, where applicable, held pending further investigation.

10.4 Gambling is not a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties or recovering prior losses. Chasing losses is a recognised harmful gambling behaviour and users experiencing this pattern are encouraged to use the self-exclusion or limit tools immediately.
11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of Balance:
11.2 v44bet cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. The Platform may share Account information and transaction records where required by applicable law, court order or regulatory demand.
12.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the Service — including but not limited to the v44bet brand name, logo, website design, software, databases, content, graphics, text and documentation — are owned by or licensed to v44bet. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in such intellectual property.
12.2 You are permitted to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent from v44bet.
12.3 Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to v44bet regarding the Service may be used by us freely without restriction, acknowledgement or compensation to you.
13.1 The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. v44bet makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the Service.
13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v44bet excludes all liability for:
13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.4 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless v44bet, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.
14.1 v44bet reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines in good faith that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
14.2 On closure of an Account for cause (including fraud or material breach), the Platform reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Balance pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms misconduct, the relevant Balance may be forfeited.
14.3 Where an Account is closed at the User's own request and no breach has occurred, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Balance (net of outstanding Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC.
14.4 A User who has voluntarily self-excluded may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting support. The Platform will process such requests promptly and retain Account data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which v44bet is licensed and/or incorporated. This may differ from the laws applicable to you as a user located in Pakistan.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service, you should first contact v44bet's customer support to seek an informal resolution. v44bet will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
15.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts or dispute resolution body in the operator's jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
15.4 Users in Pakistan are reminded that local consumer protection legislation and gambling laws may provide additional rights or impose additional obligations. These Terms do not seek to exclude any rights you may have under mandatory applicable local law.
16.1 v44bet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice through a notification on the Platform, via registered email address or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
16.2 Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and, if applicable, close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
